Leadership U is a student-directed organization at Minnesota State University, Mankato that aims to provide students with the leadership skills necessary to be an effective leader across campus. 

As a part of student activities, a group of six students creates leadership workshops with a wide variety of topics to address the multiple aspects of being a great student leader. Minahil Khan, a member of the Leadership U student board, shares why she chose to get involved with the program.

Leadership U holds leadership workshops every Tuesday from 5 – 6 p.m. in CSU 245. Each week, a student from the leadership board will present an aspect of leadership valuable to students. The rest of the semester schedule is as follows:

Follow-Through – October 29

Responding to Change – November 5

Resiliency – November 11

End of Semester Celebration – November 19
