Maverick All-Sports Dome Remains Open Through April for Open, Community and Intercollegiate Activity

As the spring creeps around the corner, more sports will begin to hold practices and games outdoors.

This spring, Minnesota State Mankato’s All-Sports Dome hosts games and practices for Minnesota State Mankato athletics and others in the Mankato area.

The dome hosted Minnesota State Mankato’s Womens Soccer and Softball teams this season for tournaments and games.

Only families of team members are allowed inside the dome for games. No student spectators or fans allowed inside the dome for practices and games.

The Maverick All-Sports Dome will continue to be open to students with sports clubs and intramural teams. Hours for open dome and rental information is located on the Campus Recreation website. The dome will be in use until the end of April.

The dome is open to youth sport rentals such as, Mankato Area Youth Baseball Association (MAYBA), Mankato United Soccer Club, Mankato Peppers Softball, Mankato East Baseball, Mankato Youth Lacrosse and St. Peter Soccer Club.

College team rentals include, Minnesota State Mankato, Gustavus Adolphus College, Martin Luther College, Bethany Lutheran College, and their opposing teams outside of the Mankato area.

Due to COVID, Maverick All-Sports Dome capacity is limited to a maximum of 200 patrons at a time. Everyone inside the dome must follow COVID policy.
