Learn cooking live as professional chefs walk you through palatable plates of perfection as the Student Events Team and University Dining Services present this first of three Mavericks in the Kitchen livestream events starting Wednesday, Nov. 11, at noon.
Chicken Alfredo will be on the chef’s menu for Part One of the weekly three-part series. Featured chef for the first recipe is Naomi McKinney, executive chef in the Centennial Student Union.
The following Wednesday, Nov. 18, features festive Friendsgiving Squash. The final segment on Monday, Dec. 2, offers a culinary concoction for chili con carne.
