Peer Educators Acting for Change and Equality, otherwise known as PEACE, host an event called PEACE Practice the first three Tuesday’s, 4 – 5:30 P.M. of every month. These events consist of student volunteers in a theatre troupe that perform possible situations relating to sexual and domestic violence. This includes bystander intervention, consent, and appropriate responses to these situations. PEACE has the goal of increasing awareness across the MNSU campus to lower the number of incidents.

If you are interested in acting and would like to get involved, PEACE is open to all who are interested. No prior experience is necessary.

You can also request PEACE to perform for a class or organization. Email Laura Schultz at laura.schultz-1@mnsu.edu. PEACE requires a two-week notice to prepare a skit for the class or group. You can stop into the Women’s Center, CSU 218 at any time for more information about PEACE skits, performances, and getting involved as a PEACE Member!
