In a partnership between the Minnesota State University, Mankato Women’s Center and the College of Science, Engineering, and Technology (CSET), Minnesota State University, Mankato is hosting its third annual Women in STEM Networking Dinner, on October 17, 5:30 – 8:30 p.m., in the Centennial Student Union, room 245. This event is geared towards women in the STEM field, however, it is open to men in STEM, as well as women interested in joining the College of Science, Engineering, and Technology.

After dinner, a panel of guest speakers involved in the STEM field will give a presentation as well as answer questions prompted by the audience. These panelists include; Jessica Davis, an alumna of Minnesota State University, Mankato, completing her degree in 2001, the recipient of the 2019 Minnesota Teacher of the Year in Mathematics, Alyssa Lillehaugen, a recent graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, from the class of 2018, a current Associate Application Analyst at Securian Financial, and Sarah Llyod, a Principal Engineer at Bolton and Menk, with over 30 years of experience in the STEM field.
This event’s dress code is business casual, due to the nature of networking with professional women in STEM. There is no cost applied to students, however, you must register in advance to attend. You can register HERE.

Check-in and Mingle: 5:30 – 6:00 p.m.
Dinner: 6:00 – 6:45 p.m.
Panel of Guest Speakers: 6:45 – 7:45 p.m.
Networking: 7:45 – 8:30 p.m.
