Trauma Across Generations: The Impact of Historical Trauma on Healthcare

With the knowledge of Simmons, the training session will link historical and current traumas that impact African Americans, Indigenous, and other people of color through the healthcare system. The training aims to make healthcare professionals aware of implicit consequences and harm through health and support traditions in the system.
