For one whole week, the Circle K International service organization hosts a food drive for the ECHO Food Shelf from Monday, Feb. 28, at 8 a.m. through Friday, Mar. 4, at 4:30 p.m. If you have extra food laying around or want to donate in any way, find the CKI food drive in various locations on campus. All donations go directly to the ECHO Food Shelf in Mankato

What to Donate:
ECHO Food Shelf requests specific donations from this food drive:
- Cereal
- Pasta/Pasta Sauce
- Macaroni & Cheese boxes
- Boxed Main Dishes
- Condiments
- Juice
- Personal Care Items
- Diapers & Wipes (larger sizes and pull-ups)
Donation Locations:
All locations will have a label to place donations, saying “CKI Food Drive Box.” Here are all the locations you could donate at:
- Campus Hub
- CSET Advising Office (TR C125)
- Campus Recreation Office (MF 118)
- FACS Office (WC B102)
- Memorial Library
