New 2023 Report by COLLEGE.US.com

Minnesota State Mankato has been named among the top five engineering universities in Minnesota according to a new 2023 report by COLLEGE.US.com.

Recognizing that Minnesota ranks among the most prestigious engineering universities in the U.S., the report praises the College of Science, Engineering and Technology at Minnesota State Mankato which offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs in engineering. Some of the top engineering programs cited include Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.

Schools making the list offer faculty who are experts in their respective fields; state-of-the-art facilities; and strong connections and partnerships with the industry that provide valuable internships and job opportunities.

The report also listed benefits of attending an engineering school Minnesota that include strong economy, quality of life, strong engineering community, and access to resources.

A community of 45,000, Mankato is an urban regional center set in southern Minnesota’s rural community. It was recently named one of the best small college towns in America. Other recent honors include top 14 coolest urban spaces in the U.S. and one of the country’s 100 Best Communities for Young People.

In 2022, Minnesota State Mankato ranked ninth nationally in international student population.
