“Once we start receiving Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) data in the first half of March, we will begin communicating with students for any additional information needed to finalize their financial aid eligibility. Given the significant changes to how the FAFSA data is processed and eligibility is calculated, additional time will be needed to review the data and ensure students’ aid eligibility is determined correctly.

- Utilize our Net Price Calculator to help identify estimated costs and financial aid eligibility at MSU Mankato. This helpful tool is available at https://www.shoppingsheet.com/Shopping/Landing/mnsu. The more information provided, the more accurate the estimate. Keep in mind, this calculator provides an estimate, and the official financial aid offer in July may differ from this estimate.
- Search and apply for various scholarships during the month of February using Scholarship Finder at https://mnsu.academicworks.com/.The deadline for many of our scholarship opportunities is the end of February.
- Continue to monitor our website at https://www.mnsu.edu/campushub and email for important information and communications along the way.”
