First Session is Tuesday, Aug. 30

The Maverick Involvement Team is hard at work and excited to start their fall semester Leadership U Workshop sessions. The First Leadership U Workshop will be on Tuesday, Aug. 30. The workshops in CSU 201 run Tuesdays from 5 to 6 p.m. through Nov. 29.

Workshops are both interactive and presentation based. Each is designed to help all students discover ways to get involved on campus or just improve themselves. The workshop will help students develop their communication, assertiveness, and teamwork skills on and off campus. They cover several leadership development topics including Servant Leadership, Conflict Resolution, and Authoritarian Vs Authoritative Leadership.
