Goodbye and Good Luck

by GABBIE KEERAN, CSU Public Relations Intern

What a semester.

Time has gone by too fast for me, as I would do anything to go back to the beginning and live it all over again.

As I say my final goodbyes, I want to say thank you. Thank you to all who have supported me and helped me through my 4 years at Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Thank you to all professors who taught me. My professors didn’t only teach me academics, they taught me independence, strength, and dignity. I share these skills because college teaches people how to grow up, and have the strength to succeed in life.

Thank you to the students. For being my friend, study buddy, and motivator. I constantly felt motivated by the students who were in my courses. They pushed me to succeed and be the best I can be.

Thank you to the College of Arts and Humanities. The college helped me thrive and find what I am truly passionate about.

And finally, thank you to Minnesota State University, Mankato and the Centennial Student Union. The person I have became has been shaped around my experience and education at the University.

I am proud to have been able to complete my undergraduate degree while having the opportunity to compete two internships while enrolled in classes.

Goodbye to Minnesota State University, Mankato. I promise to visit back again soon.
