Coffee will be turned on its side as designer renderings show a fresh perspective and concept for the new Starbucks. Work starts this summer as Starbucks replaces Jazzman’s with the popular coffeehouse open for business when fall classes resume. 

Along with opening of Starbucks, new and expanded food concepts will be part of the CSU’s MavAve Food Court. Popular Chick-fil-a will move to a larger space in the CSU Lower Level previously shared by Star Ginger and Erbert & Gerbert’s campus location. Peking Plate, Hissho Sushi and Firehouse Subs will be new dining options on the CSU Main Level. The two Asian concepts will move into Chick-fil-a’s former location. Firehouse will replace Sandella’s.
