Social Justice Lecture Series Starts Sept. 20

Starting Tuesday, Sept. 20, the Social Justice Lecture Series offers a seven-part Civic Engagement Speaker Series featuring University faculty and Mankato area guest speakers addressing social justice and civic engagement concepts. All talks are from 11 a.m. to Noon.

The Social Justice Lecture Series programs continue through Tuesday, Nov. 1, and are open to all students and the public. This event is co-sponsored by students in SOC 490/590 and the Community Engagement Office.

This is a great way for students to learn more about how they can help in the community and how they can be more civically engaged.
