Kwik Trip Bend of the River Festival Seeks to Raise $75,000 for Athletic Programs
A new fall music event, featuring CMA New Artist of the Year Jimmie Allen, along with Priscilla Block, Jason Nix, and local favorite, IV Play, will perform at the Kwik Trip Bend of the River Fall Festival scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 17.
This event will be held on the practice fields just west of Blakeslee Stadium on the Minnesota State Mankato campus.
In addition to an outstanding musical line-up, the one-day festival will include a cornhole tournament, activities for all ages, and a variety of festival-style concessions.
Tickets go on sale Friday, May 20, at 10 a.m. A limited number of discounted general admission tickets will be available through participating high schools, with $10 from each of those tickets being donated to the school. For the general public, tickets are just $45 and VIP tickets are $100.

The event will raise funds seeking to invest $75,000 toward athletics and activities programs at Minnesota State Mankato and several local high schools, as well as volunteer organizations supporting the event, including area Rotary Clubs.
