Come to Your Mat is an 8-part series of 30-minute yoga sessions to help survivors gain support, strength, and tools for their continued healing. Sessions are Wednesdays at 3 p.m. in Pennington Hall 102, starting Sept. 20. Survivors are welcome to join at any time. The event is sponsored by the Women’s Center Violence Awareness & Response Program (VARP) coordinated by Rachel Maccabee.
