University Plans for Spring 2021 Virtual Graduation; May 3-5 Photo Shoot

Due to COVID-19 safety precautions and regulations, the Minnesota State University-Mankato Spring 2021 Graduation will be held virtually on Saturday, May 8.

Graduates are encouraged to submit photos of themselves for the virtual commencement ceremony, and will receive a link to the commencement the morning of graduation.

Minnesota State Mankato welcomes all faculty, staff and students to virtually attend the ceremony by visiting the university’s homepage at 8am on Saturday, May 8th to access the link and support the Maverick graduates!

Additionally, there will be a professional photoshoot available to the Spring 2021 graduates in the Centennial Student Union Ballroom on May 3-5. Graduates are able to bring up to eight guests to the ballroom and will be individually recognized with a present administrator recognizing their earned degree and name. Registration for the pictures opened on April 1, and the professional pictures will be taken by GradImages.

Details and information on virtual commencement and the in-person photo opportunity are being shared with graduating students via MavMail.
