WELL 100 Course Offers Eight Weeks Toward Self Improvement

WELL 100, a pass/no-credit course for self-improvement is being offered by the Counseling Center and College of Allied Health & Nursing starting March 4.

The course educates students on a variety of topics relating to time management, empathy, self-efficacy, group projects, test-taking and more.

It is aimed to benefit students that are working on their wellness skills to improve their success and empowerment. Students are able to register now on eservices!
