At that UIU Spring Invitational held at the Sunnyside Country Club in Waterloo, Iowa, Faith Krause tied for fifth among 36 individuals with a score of 166(82-84) during the two-day tournament this past Friday and Saturday. The senior from Franklin, Wis. helped lead the Maverick women’s golf team to a third place finish out of six teams with a team total of 683.

• What three words best describe you? Funny, caring and sociable
• What tops your list of pet peeves? Hearing people chew gum and people talking during my backswing on the course
• If you could be any animal, what would it be and why? A giraffe just so I can see everything from up above
• What’s the dumbest thing you’ve done that actually turned out pretty well? Taking a swing I wasn’t comfortable with and almost getting a hole-in-one
